These terms describe the current conditions governing access to and use of LupinusBuild during its pilot stage. They will continue to evolve before broader commercial availability.
Pilot-stage service
LupinusBuild is currently in pilot development. Features, workflows, interfaces, availability, and product behavior may change as the platform is refined.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their authorized access.
Company and workspace authority
Users should only enter or manage company, customer, project, and operational information they are authorized to access or use.
User-provided information
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information, documents, project records, and other content they provide to the platform.
Acceptable use
LupinusBuild may not be used to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, or misuse another person or company's information.
Product changes
Numeravo Technologies LLC may modify, add, remove, or refine LupinusBuild functionality as the product develops.
Third-party services
LupinusBuild may rely on third-party infrastructure or services. Availability or behavior of those services may affect parts of the platform.
Intellectual property
LupinusBuild, its branding, software, interface, product design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Numeravo Technologies LLC except where otherwise stated.
Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect users, the platform, company data, or compliance with applicable requirements.
No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
Pilot-stage software may experience changes, maintenance, defects, or service interruptions. Broader service commitments may be documented separately as the product matures.
